Loan options

It is necessary to be a registered member of the library and signed in with your library account on Knihovny.cz portal to borrow a publication.

These are common borrowing options:

• in-house only - i.e. only for study in the library
• outside loan - i.e. to borrow a book home

Logged in users can use the I want to borrow link displayed in each item row in the records from their library, which can be used to:

• reserve an item borrowed by some other user
• order an available item to be stored at the library desk
